Pursuant to Rule 0520-2-4-.01(0)(b) of the Rules of the State Board of Education, your Tennessee license is subject to formal reprimand for cause. The Board proposes to formally reprimand you for your repeated instances of conduct unbecoming of a member of the teaching profession. Furthermore, pursuant to Rule 0520-02-04-.01(9}(d) of the Rules of the State Board of Education, you are entitled to a hearing before the Board can take such action. (© These statements were collected by the OHS administrative team. Eebrunry 27, 2014 - Dr, Ava Warren, HR Director, interviewed JH regarding allegations. JH resigns. February 28, 2014 - School site file is delivered to HR, whereupon the above information was compiled.
