The ASUS Executive have issued the following statement:

On March 26th, the new ASUS Assembly underwent their first round of consultation on the
draft proposal of the ASUS Anti-Racist Strategic Plan. We look forward to working with the
planning committee to affirm the Arts & Science Undergraduate Societys commitment to
championing the diversity of its students and combating racism in all its forms.
The Equity Commission encourages all members of the Arts and Science Undergraduate Society
to actively engage with future discussions to ensure that we establish a clear consensus and
representative mandate to serve the interests of our students.
