Enterprise and SME segments and are at the inflection point

Current client installations started across UK, Gulf, Africa,
India. We are in the process of launching public cloud
instances across multiple geographies.

Unified Communications Cloud - Contact Center

Platform (B2B2C)
Cloud Self-Service Solutions (B2B2C, B2B)
Cloud Mobile/ Field Force Management, (B2B2C, B2B)
Call recording Solutions, (B2B)
Mobile VAS applications (B2B and B2C),

Academic
Preferably B.E./B.TECH/MCA/B.SC IT (MBA would be an added
advantage)
Own 1 module within the product independently and manage
the assigned team effectively to deliver organisation goals
Maintain documentation as well as enhancement roadmap for
the module
Add value in terms of technology design and development in

Essential skills

Should have handled Team as Team Leader for at least

2 years (minimum team size of 4 - 6 persons)
Should be extremely well organized in planning project
activities, scheduling team member tasks , monitoring
and controlling deliverables as well as maintaining
quality / efficiency in operations.

Strong analytical and debugging abilities.

Should be able to guide team technically and ensure

compliance for process adherence

Good communication(written & oral)
