Dear MCC Colleagues,

Please make every effort to vote next week on the No Confidence motion written
below.

Based on the actions of the Board of Trustees on Saturday, May 17, the students,
faculty and staff of MCC no longer have
confidence in the commitment of the Monroe Community College’s Board of Trustees
to carry out a politically non partisan and effective presidential
search process that meets the high standards established by SUNY guidelines.

Balloting is open to allvoting members of the Faculty Senate, members of the


Faculty Association, andmembers of the CSEA.

Balloting will take place on Thursday, May 29th at the following locations:

Brighton Campus: Room 7-205 (inside the Faculty Association Office) between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Damon City Campus: Room 5085 (within the Human Services Department Suite) between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Ballots have already been sent to faculty atthe PSTC and Applied Tech Center with
instructions for returning them.

Individuals who will not be able to vote inperson on May 29th can arrange for an
absentee ballot by calling Sonja Lenhard (x2516) or Marlene Goho (x 2528) between
9:00 a.m.and 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 27th or Wednesday, May 28th. The FA will not
be able to mailballots to individuals. All ballots must be returned to the FA
mailbox or
office by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29.

It is imperative that we have a large turnout for this vote in order to maximize
its impact. Encourage everyone that you work with to vote!
