TANGERINA CUPCAKES

Makes 14 cupcakes
Ingredients:
. 2 eggs
. 1 cup white sugar
. cup vegetable oil
. 2 cups all- purpose flour
. 3 medium tangerinas peeled and cutted into 4
pieces
. 1 tbsp baking powder
Syrup:
. cup sugar
. 1 cup tangerina juice
Prepare: Preheat the oven to 180C. Beat all
ingredients, except the flour and baking powder in
blender. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the
sifted flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth and
creamy. Fill the baking cups until 2/3. Take to the oven
for 20- 25 minutes.
Syrup: Take the ingredients of the syrup into a
saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. Hole the cupcakes
fresh from the oven and place the syrup over them.
