I believe I have shown strength in my ability to plan and implement lessons that are
appropriate for my students, in terms of interest, relation to the competencies and subject
matter, and incorporating a variety of activities aimed to appeal to students of various learning
styles. I believe I successful engage students during the implementation of my learning
situations, and respond well to any changes that need to be made during the implementation of
the lessons. I believe I am flexible, so even if I have planned a lesson, I am willing to make
adaptations and alterations as needed.

Iwouldliketoimprovemyskillsintheseareas:
I would like to continue working on incorporating ICT into my lessons, teaching, and learning
opportunities for students. I believe this is a skill I had a lot of opportunities to practice on my
third field experience, and incorporated ICT frequently and confidently within my cycle three
classes. However, I didnt have as many opportunities or available materials to incorporate
ICT during my most recent field experience in cycle one

Strategiesforimprovement:
In the fall I will be beginning a teaching position teaching in cycle one, so I will have plenty
of opportunities to experiment with incorporating ICT into my teaching. I will take all
opportunities to do so, and if I feel I need guidance I will ask my fellow cycle one teachres
how they like to bring ICT into their classrooms. I believe I can learn a lot from other teaching
professionals, as they have their own experiences and success stories.
I am also interested in looking out for any workshops involving ICT in the classroom, in order
to continue my professional development in this area.
