My personal values act as a basis for distinguishing between

right and wrong and thus, determine my daily actions and emotions. My
parents and education have played profound roles in the development of
my core personal values: personal integrity, excellence, responsibility,
family and ambition. Additionally, these influences have demonstrated
certain rule-based, ends-based, and virtue-based approaches to
determining what conduct is consistent with these key values.

Individuality : I want to make my presence to be made known and

acknowledged. If everyone in the world was named Marcus Weston, I want
people to say, you know with one Im talking about. There can only be
one me and I want that only one to be special and valuable by any means.
Will : I have been in some tough situations in my life especially being in
the Marine Corps, I can tell you personally once the will is gone from a
person there is nothing you can say or do to get it back. So I practice if not
try to perfect what I preach because when its time to cross enemies lines
wherever I go, I want them to know Armageddon is near and thats before
a word is ever spoken.
Pride : I want to show the world I was raised with some sense. I want
pride to show in my work because it gives my performance some attention
to detail. Some many people would say, Its something about him. I just
cant put my finger on it. However I do not want my pride to make a fool
of me as if I cant be defeated. However I want my pride to scare off my
enemies

Knowledge : I want knowledge whether it be self knowledge, random

myths and facts, taught to me or invented. I would feel worthless and
nave without knowledge
Rapport : I want to be able to establish a common ground with my worst
enemy, my best friend, and family because I never would when those
tables might turn. If I never witness or had the same testimony another
person has had I would still want them to come to me because they feel I
might be wise and can relate to their situations
