Dear Colleague,
The person who is consulting you is undergoing an e-Med Track pre-employment
physical in order to work for Schlumberger. He/she must undergo drug screening.
If local law permits, and with the employees written consent, would you please be kind
enough to test for the following drugs in this persons urine sample :

Amphetamines
Cannabinoids
Cocaine
Opiates

Please send the results of this drug screening to International SOS in Paris as soon as
possible and in a confidential manner.
