NOTICE
Recruitment for Various/ Senior Level Positions at EESL

In partial modification to Advertisement no. EESL/0320/04 and EESL/0320/05, the following

is hereby appended to Para 9 (in case of Advertisement No.EESL/0320/04) and to Para 8 (in
case of Advertisement No.EESL/0320/05) of the General instructions (eligibility criteria
linkin the website www.eeslindia.org):
The qualification regarding experience is relaxable at the discretion of the Competent
Authority in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes, if at
any stage of selection the competent authority is of the opinion that sufficient number of
candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be
available to fill up the vacancies reserved or unreserved for them as the case may be. The
appointing authority shall record the reasons for relaxing the qualifications regarding
experience in writing while doing so. In special and exceptional cases, appointments may be
made subject to approval of Competent Authority in relaxation of prescribed specifications
where such relexation is in the interest of the company, in compliance to the

recruitment

rules of EESL.
