The Office of the Attorney General ("OAG") received a citizen complaint concerning the wrongful
exclusion of handgun license holders from Melissa City Hall under section 411.209 of the
Government Code. According to our records, the citizen complaint was resolved by the City of
Melissa while the OAG was reviewing this complaint. Therefore, the OAG is closing this
complaint.
