Access
Personalization is a powerful tool, access to fewer users will ensure
efficient tracking of personalization changes done in your application.

Testing
Personalization should not be performed in production instances directly.

Upgrades/Patches
Upgrades and patches *MAY* change the underlying filenames and
location, hence the need to test personalization changes subsequently.

Migration
Migration using standard oracle practices will ensure that the metadata of
your personalization changes remains intact and can be reapplied if lost
during upgrades or patches.
