1 pack Decorative Chipboard (#4501350)*
1 each 6x6 Patterns & Solids (#4501346)

Additional Supplies:
1 sheet 12x12 black cardstock
9 each misc. gold and silver sequins

Optional Metal Version Supplies:

3 each Ornate Metal Keys (#4500545)

Tools & Adhesives:

Paper trimmer, scissors, craft knife, scoring board,
bone folder, ruler, scalloped edge scissors, pencil,
sanding block, tape runner, foam adhesive, liquid
adhesive, Graphic 45 Decades ink - Photogenic Black

Directions:
1. 1. Take your black cardstock
and trim (3) 4 wide x 12 tall
pieces.

2. Take each piece of black

cardstock and score at 4 and 8.

3. Fold each piece of black

cardstock to create an
easel.

7. Adhere red
and tan pattern
paper, tan solid,
and black text
paper to the
front of your
easel card so
that the papers
are flush with
the top of the
card. Adhere If
Music.. image
and peacock
chipboard.

4. Locate the shown images, strips and chipboard

saved from the April Mixed Media Album Monthly
Class Project.

Card 1: "Play On!"

5. Take your
6x6 Enchanted
Forest Patterns
& Solids paper
pad and locate
one sheet each
of the five
designs: black
text pattern,
tan solid,
red and tan
pattern, red
solid, and black
and tan check.

6. Cut red and

tan pattern
paper to 3
wide x 37 8
tall. Cut tan
solid to 3
wide x 35 8 tall,
then round the
bottom corners.
Cut black text
pattern to 31 8
wide x 3 tall;
round bottom
corners.

8. Take black and

tan check pattern
paper and trim to
4 wide x 6 tall.
Then, turn paper
lengthwise and
score at 3.

9. Take solid red

paper and trim to
3 wide x 5
tall. Turn paper on
its side lengthwise
and score at 33 8.

10. Open easel

card. Align the
bottom score line of
the easel card with
the score lines on
the black and tan
check paper and
red solid paper.
Adhere the black
and tan paper to
the card first, then
adhere red solid
paper.

11. Locate
Life Itself
border, trim
to 4 long,
and adhere
above
pattern
paper.
Adhere
a paper
stamp and
chipboard
stamp.
Locate blue
floral border,
trim to 4
long, then
adhere 1 8 below the pattern paper. When you close
your easel card, the top of the card will rest in the 1 8
space you created, allowing your card to stay upright.

Card 2: "I believe in Fairies"

12. Take your
6x6 Enchanted
Forest Patterns
& Solids paper
pad and locate
one sheet each
of the five
designs: cream
text pattern,
teal solid, black
text pattern,
tan solid, and
red pattern.

13. Cut black text

paper to 3 wide
x 37 8 tall. Cut
solid teal paper to
3 wide x 35 8
tall, then round
bottom corners.
Cut cream text
paper to 31 8
wide x 3 tall;
round the bottom
corners.

14. Adhere
black text
paper, teal solid,
and cream text
paper to the
front of your
easel card so
that the papers
are flush with
the top of the
card. Adhere I
Believe image
and chipboard.

15. Take red

pattern paper
and trim to 4
wide x 6 tall.
Then, turn paper
lengthwise and
score at 3.

16. Take solid

tan paper and
trim to 3 wide
x 5 tall. Turn
paper on its side
lengthwise and
score at 33 8.

17. Open easel

card. Align the
bottom score
line of the easel
card with the
score lines on
the red pattern
paper and tan
solid paper.
Adhere the red
paper to the
card first, then
adhere tan
solid.

21. Adhere black

check paper,
black solid, and
green paper to
the front of your
easel card so
that the papers
are flush with
the top of the
card. Adhere
Princess image
and chipboard.

18. Locate black circular

border, trim to 4 long,
and adhere above pattern
paper. Adhere a paper
stamp and chipboard
stamp. Locate blue and
white border, trim to 4
long, then adhere 1 8 below
the pattern paper.

Card 3: "Princess"
19. Take your
6x6 Enchanted
Forest Patterns
& Solids paper
pad and locate
one sheet each
of the five
designs: green
pattern, black
solid, black
and tan check
pattern, ivory
solid, and red
pattern.

20. Cut black

and tan check
paper to 3
wide x 37 8
tall. Cut solid
black paper to
3 wide x 35 8
tall, then round
bottom corners.
Cut green paper
to 31 8 wide
x 3 tall and
round bottom
corners.

22. Take red

pattern paper and
trim to 4 wide x
6 tall. Then, turn
paper lengthwise
and score at 3 .

23. Take ivory solid

paper and trim to
3 wide x 5 tall.
Turn paper on its side
lengthwise and score
at 33 8.

24. Open easel

card. Align the
bottom score
line of the easel
card with the
score lines on
the red pattern
paper and ivory
solid paper.
Adhere the red
paper to the
card first, then
adhere ivory.

25. Locate black Once

Upon border, trim to 4
long, and adhere above
pattern paper. Adhere
a paper stamp and
chipboard stamp. Locate
black border, trim to 4
long, then adhere 1 8
below the pattern paper.

27. Optional: Add some Ornate Metal Keys for extra

pizzazz!

26. Adhere gold and silver sequins to the front of your

cards.
