1. Philotopia is a global utopia.

SECTION II
Philotopia is open to all.
Philotopia models the rights of the members after the United Nations Universal Declaration of
Human Rights.
Philotopia models the duties and responsibilities of the members after UNESCO and the UN
High Commissioner of Human Rights Declaration of Human Duties and Responsibilities.
Philotopia separates people into social classes. Social classes are separated by people who
own houses and people who rent houses.
People who own houses have better jobs, such as being a priest, an engineer, or a doctor. The
people who rent have all the other jobs.
5A: This way, Philotopia can run smoothly.

SECTION III
1. The number of children per parent is limited to three in Philotopia. When children turn 18, they
leave their home.
1A: This way, Philotopia doesnt run out of food to provide.
2. All children will live with their parents. Including orphans and foster children, where
permanent homes will be found.
3. Childrens rights are as follows:
3A: Children have the right to be cared for by family (including parents,) and caregivers.
3B: Children have the right to have enough food to stay healthy.
3C: Children have the right to have the best, free global healthcare when sick.
3D: Children have the right to be safely protected from harm
3E: Children have the right to have education.
3F: Disabled children have the right to have special care.
3G: Children have the right to speak up.
3H: Philotopia will do anything they can to protect children.
3I: Philotopia must protect children from all violence, injury, and abuse.
3J: Children have the right to be protected from all conflicts.
3K: Children have the right to be children.
4. Children must be educated. They are educated by certified teachers. Children have the
right to pick what classes they want to take.

SECTION IV
Philotopia is a democratic republic. That way, the people get a say in the government.
Philotopia leads more towards politics.
Because Philotopia is a democracy, the people make the decisions.
Philotopia has a constitution
As stated in Section IV, Rules 1 & 3, Philotopia is a democracy, therefore everyone who wants
to be in the government gets the approval of the people, not an electoral college.

6. If a government leader does not follow the rules, there is a three strikes and youre out system.
The first strike is a warning (and a demotion,) the second suspends one from their job for six
months, and then they are fired.
SECTION V
1. Money still exists. The money has Philips face on it because hes AWESOME!
2. Now, as stated in Section II, Rules 4 & 5, the social classes are separated into owners and
renters. However, everyone is paid the same for how many hours they work a day.
3. The house owners work from 9:36 AM to 3:35 PM, and the renters work from 9:10 AM to 5:10
PM. Everyone has lunch break from 12:00 PM to 2:35 PM.

SECTION VI
Philotopia has science and technology teams.
To save money, refrigerators and hot water dont exist.
All buildings are solar powered.
As of March 1st, The science and technology team at Philotopia University has created a way to
make people live forever.
SECTION VII
Religion and politics are two different things in Philotopia.
Christianity is the main religion.
Cults dont exist.
Birth and marriage are special times in Philotopia, as they have ceremonies.
Religion is part of everyones life.

SECTION VIII
1. Everyone can participate in music, theatre, dance, and art.
2. Professional artists will be professional artists, and the members support them.
SECTION IX
1. Media still exists.
2. The government controls the media.
3. Everyone is open to the media.
SECTION X
1. The architecture is moderns with colorful glass.
2. The population density is high.
3. Philotopia is both an urban and rural society.
4. No one is allowed to drive cars.
5. However, emergency and delivery vehicles are the only vehicles.
6. Members take the bus, train, or use bike taxis.
7. To use anything like this, one must have a vehicle card.
8. Theres also an airport.
9. The houses are all private residences for one family only.
10. Kitchens, laundry rooms, bathrooms, and living rooms are all private, but not for one family.

SECTION XI
Philotopia is a vegetarian utopia, because animals are the creatures of God.
No hunting.
Animals can be tested.
Animals can be pets.

SECTION XII
1. The medicine is similar to the medicine in 21st century North America.
2. As stated in Section III, Rule 3C, healthcare is free for children. Healthcare is free for adults as
well.
SECTION XIII
1. Philotopia does not allow war.
2. However, there is a ranked defense army.
3. Philotopia does not allow guns.
