Asa requirement of the RPMS Roll-Out and completion RPMS Phase I, all DepED personnel are ‘reminded of the submission of Individual Performance and Commitment for SY 2014-2015 on or before September 15, 2014. 2. __ Its expected that the RPMS Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) was ‘accomplished and signed by the rater observing the prescribed procedures/processes, specifically the dialogue and reaching an agreement of the rater and the ratee. 3. The raters are required to compile a copy of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) of their ratees (subordinates) for mentoring and monitoring. Raters are requested to submit a summary list of personnel who submitted their Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form not later than September 22, 2014 c/o Mrs. Francia R.
