Transformational leadership

Drive to maximize potential of all students through Systems approach to
guarantee continuous improvement
Responsibilities and alignment of experiences to date:
Develop the strategic direction of the district related to teaching and learning
following the department's systems and priorities document.
Actively participated as a member of the Districts Strategic Planning
Committee, developed district priorities and vision of district with
stakeholders, prioritized goals and action plans while assessing district
needs and gaps, very aware of complex systems, alternative educational
programs such as charters and specialized programs within a building
Expertise in curriculum development using Universal Design for Learning
to develop instructional practice through multiple means of engagement,
representation, and expression to ensure equitable learning opportunities
for all learners
Analyze and evaluate our current state of our Integrated Comprehensive
Service Delivery Model to identify barriers, needs and supports within our
system and various learning environments
Created student and staff surveys in literacy to collect data around reading
behaviors, habits, and components used
Serve on multiple committees with various stakeholders and members of
the school district, community members and families to ensure
consistency and fidelity of new initiatives and non negotiables of district
and learn how a system runs

Plan and lead the district's educational programs with input from the appropriate
committees, organizations, and other stakeholder groups, ensuring that the
appropriate standards are met or exceeded and are aligned with Board of
Education and superintendent directives.
Host and facilitate educators, administrators, and DPI coordinators
seeking transformational teaching, learning, and leading professional
development for visitors from around Wisconsin and nationally to learn
about our innovative practices and space to guide/spark the change
process
Provide coaching and mentoring for principals and teachers in the Educator
Effectiveness, Project as an EPIC (Effective Project Implementation Coach),
Perform classroom walk-throughs to monitor instructional fidelity in
collaboration with building principals.
Knowledge in Danielson Framework guiding Educator Effectiveness, SLO
development and Pay for Performance Models
Utilize asset based teaching and leading to develop reflective practitioners
that drive a culture and climate of continuous growth and improvement
Model intellectual stimulation and questions to drive critical thinking and
purpose in instructional design and behavior management systems
Recruit, hire and train principals and teachers in collaboration with district
teams.
Have been part of interviewing teams and feel this is where the heart of
transformation happens
Embed the routine study of data analysis into all systems and committee
practices using the district data retreat cycle.
Completed equity audit at Hartland South for the two schools within,
mindful to assess and be aware of classroom vs. building vs. district level
achievement and growth, as well as socially just practice and
environments shaped noting any equity gaps/traps that reveal
infrastructure, policy, or curriculum barriers/disportionality
Generate multi-modal and faceted forms of assessment within my
classroom and on my grade level team to collect, monitor and analyze
various forms of data, disaggregate it in many ways to analyze patterns
and trends
Virtual Comparison Groups, various MAPS reports, F&P data,
student reflections and common assessments
Provide oversight and/or facilitate the following district teams to accomplish
system and priority objectives: Professional Learning Team, District Instructional
Support Team, RISE Committee, 21st Century Learning Team, Grading and
Reporting, Institute Cohort Project, Elementary Principal Team, Curriculum
Teams.
Strategically have placed myself on multiple committees so as to build
relationships, ensure consistency across teams for implementation
