Write and oversee Title grants and collaborate with private schools in their
funding.

Wrote and was awarded Educational Foundation Grant focused around


research based educational program on the growth mindset for staff and
students and the impacts it has on student achievement. Also, worked on
a collaborative team to develop and submit a Dissemination Grant to the
DPI and was awarded our grant

Provide coaching and mentoring for principals and teachers in the Educator
Effectiveness, Project as an EPIC (Effective Project Implementation Coach),
Perform classroom walk-throughs to monitor instructional fidelity in
collaboration with building principals.
Knowledge in Danielson Framework guiding Educator Effectiveness, SLO
development and Pay for Performance Models
Utilize asset based teaching and leading to develop reflective practitioners
that drive a culture and climate of continuous growth and improvement
Model intellectual stimulation and questions to drive critical thinking and
purpose in instructional design and behavior management systems

Recruit, hire and train principals and teachers in collaboration with district

Completed equity audit at Hartland South for the two schools within,
mindful to assess and be aware of classroom vs. building vs. district level
achievement and growth, as well as socially just practice and
environments shaped noting any equity gaps/traps that reveal
infrastructure, policy, or curriculum barriers/disportionality
Generate multi-modal and faceted forms of assessment within my
classroom and on my grade level team to collect, monitor and analyze
various forms of data, disaggregate it in many ways to analyze patterns
and trends
