brought to the 2016 session of the General Assembly. Wrote summaries summarizing the bill and discussed impact
on stakeholders.

RESEARCHER, WRITER, Dr. Javaid Siddiqi, Assisted in revising and writing session for leaders in education.
Attended stakeholder meetings held by consulting firm soliciting thoughts and ideas about what qualities the next
superintendent should possess. Took notes to analyze for common themes. Wrote a summary paper for Dr. Siddiqi
to use in decision process.

TRAINER, Holman Middle School, Attended a session to train faculty in Interactive Achievement. Then served
as a faculty trainer for the English department. Completed Schoology training modules in advance, then served as
trainer/ aid for faculty and peers.

MENTOR, Holman Middle School, Serving as Mentor for a new English teacher beginning March, 2016.
Collaborating with new 7th grade English teacher, offering support with lesson planning as well as pacing, handling
interdepartmental issues, and providing coping skills and strategies for the challenges of being a new teacher.

COORDINATOR, Holman Middle School, Coordinated class and school spelling bee, to include communicating
with all members of English department about rules and procedures, distributing materials, organizing all-school
spelling bee, communicating with parents, and serving as the school liaison for the county.
