When westward expansion began

Westward expansion began between 1803 and 1853. The
united states almost tripled in size. In the early 1800s the land
the west of the united states was very undeveloped.
Westward expansion was greatly aided in the early 19th
century by the louisiana purchase [1803] which was followed
by the corps discovery expedition that is generally called the
lewis and clark expedition.

Louisiana purchase
The louisiana purchase is important because it gave the U.S control of the
mississippi river and the port city new orleans, which were used by farmers to ship
their crops and get paid.

Lewis and clark expedition

The most important thing about the lewis and clark expedition explorers found
a way to the pacific ocean. It met and nez pearce the indians sacagawea. It found
and identified many species of animals and plants. And discovered a terrain to the
west.

Lewis and Clarks expedition

My opinion in lewis and clark's expedition is they discovered all california if it wasn't
for them I wouldn't be living here. They discovered the pacific ocean the west and
more. Thanks to them I live here in california.

Native americans
The westward expansion affected the native americans to living in another
place and making their new homes and some dieing. It was hard for them to find
another place to live and grow crops. It was good and bad at the same time.

Manifest Destiny
Manifest destiny was a good thing because god told the people to take over the
continent because I wouldn't be living here in this continent so thanks to god im
living here.

Manifest Destiny
Manifest is the best thing that could ever exist because god made the people
take over the continent.

Westward Technology
Technology helped westward transport place to place and call to people's
houses and ask things that they don't know.

Concluding Thoughts
Yes because this part of california wouldnt of had houses in this part of
california or people or a train and phones or telegraphs.
