Agreement regarding Lease of Land

I Baljit Singh S/o Sajjan Singh S/o Boota Singh R/o Fatehpur Manian, Tehsil Malout,
Distt. Sri Muktsar Sahib :- I am owner of land measuring 188 Kanals 15 Marlas area of
Village Fatehpur Manian, Tehsil Malout, Distt. Sri Muktsar Sahib. We have leased out the
above said land with all rights available at the spot i.e. Turn of Water, Tubewell etc. for
one year i.e. from April 2015 to April 2016 to Lakhwinder Singh S/o Saroop Singh S/o
Bahal Singh R/o Fatehpur Manian, Tehsil Malout, Distt. Sri Muktsar Sahib for a sum of
Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) per acre. I have received the half of the amount
for the lease period of 2015-2016 of Rs. 3,52,500/- (Rupees Three Lac Fifty Two
Thousand Five Hundred) and when I will receive the remaining amount I will execute the
receipt in this regard. The lessee can take all kinds of benefits from the produce of the
said land. We shall be liable to take possession of the above said land after the lapse of
above said lease period. In case of any loss to crops due to the natural calamity in that
event Lakhwinder Singh will be responsible for the same. Hence in the presence of below
mentioned witnesses and without any fear or pressure with my own consent this
agreement has been executed for the sake of record dated 21-08-2015.
