This drill
involves
a group
of two students:
One Touch Passing:
One Partner starts with the ball. The partner with the ball then passes the ball to the other partner.
When the second partner receives the ball he must return the ball to the other partner with a one
touch pass.
One touch and Two touch 3 Partner Passing
This drill involves a group of 3 students:
One Touch Passing:
The ball starts with the Star. The Star passes the ball to the triangle. The triangle uses the one touch
technique to pass the ball to Circle. This repeats until every student goes through each spot twice.
Two Touch Passing:
The ball starts with the Star. The Star passes the ball to the triangle. The triangle uses the two touch
technique to pass the ball to Circle. This repeats until every student goes through each spot twice.
5 Spot Star Game
This game involves a group of 5 students:
This game is similar to the star basketball drill where the ball will start in one of the corners and then
follow the outline of the star.
2 on 2 Two Touch Game
This game involves 2 teams of 2 students. The ball will be passed to the other team. Then one
partner on the other team must provide a first touch to the other partner and he must play it to the
other team. The way to score is to by making the other team not able to return the ball after two
