OPEN LETTER

To Editor office of the "Publika TV"

To reporters and editors of video material under the headline of
" Moldova, ar de minune"
Dear Publika TV,
On April 10, 2016 on the Internet at the following address
http://www.publika.md/emisiuni/moldova-tara-de-minune_1331.html
was
published for the first time a video report containing reporter's false
statements defaming the reputation of QNET company. The video was then
shown repeatedly on television the following days. The video report shows the
QNET's official logo, while a voiceover clearly calls the company "a pyramid
scheme." Then it also shows the company's products and story of Mr. Nicolae
Camaran, Independent Representative, as it is understood from the report,
with the same unequivocal accusation that the company uses the system of
the financial pyramid. In addition, it mentions the names of employees of
international company of QNET in an ambiguous manner, which suggests that
the entire report carried biased approach. The company QNET has an official
agency on the territory of Moldova, and it serves to carry explanatory and
consulting services about the direct selling company of QNET, on its business
model, its code of ethics and so on, and where you can openly seek and
receive answers and explanation. But in this case, a meeting with an agent,
which can be seen in the frame of video-reportage was twofold, and also has
been used a hidden camera during the very meeting. We believe this is
unacceptable in relation to the legitimate company of QNET. Since in this
case, the journalist does not conduct an investigation in line with all
objectives, and does not take into account the views of all parties involved.
Therefore, we offer you our cooperation in order to clarify this situation.
QNET strongly supports your position against the activities of pyramid
schemes in Moldova, and indeed, anywhere else in the world. Nevertheless,
dear editors and journalists of Publika TV, we are concerned that the reporter
did not check their facts about QNET before releasing this video. The video
report contains few times mentioned comments that QNET is a pyramid
scheme, and that the company's revenue is earned through the attraction of
people and their money, in the amount of USD 2,000. There was also a
statement that QNET's business activity is prohibited in many countries, and it
is ABSOLUTELY not true. We responsibly declare, QNET - is legal and the
growing direct selling company and e-commerce with a presence in more than
100 countries.
For your information, QNET is a well known and established Asianborn direct selling company offering a wide range of products to improve the
lives of its distributors. Products are sold exclusively through our proprietary
e-commerce platform to our retail customers and distributors in more than 100

countries. The company also has 25 offices and agencies around the world. In
the region, QNET has official agency offices in Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia,
Moldova, Turkey, and Azerbaijan.
QNET is member of the Direct Selling Associations of Singapore, Malaysia,
Philippines, and Indonesia. QNET is also a part of the Hong Kong Health
Food Association and the Health Supplements Industry Association of
Singapore among others. Recently QNET became member of United Nations
Global Compact (UNGC) Network- the world's largest corporate sustainability
initiative.
QNET is an active sponsor of sporting events around the world. In 2014,
QNET signed a partnership with 2013/2014 English Premier League
Champions Manchester City Football Club (MCFC) and is now the Official
Direct Selling Partner of this well established and famous club. In 2015, tennis
star and former No 1 tennis singles player, Martina Hingis became the brand
ambassador for QNET worldwide.
More than 17 years ago QNET entered the world of network marketing and
combined direct sales with a proprietary e-commerce platform. We have ever
since strictly followed the rules and regulations that govern the industry of
network marketing, which unfortunately is not mentioned in your report. This
gives a false impression about QNET and its business activities, which is a
legitimate company, and your referred allegations against the company are all
false.
The QNET business model is based on sales of products and as soon as the
sales reach a certain volume of business (points) our Independent
Representatives (IRs) are paid commissions as a reward for the promotion
and sale of our products. QNET has a number of high-quality and unique
products, which are exclusively produced and distributed by QNET. They are
available on our website www.qnet.net. Anyone who is interested to market
QNET products can become an independent representative by registering
online and paying US$30 only as an entry fee. With said entry fee a distributor
has access to his or her very own virtual office, a variety of business tools,
ethical marketing materials, training videos, business planners, marketing
materials and more.
In contrast, a pyramid scheme is often disguised as legitimate network
marketing company, but these schemes do not sell real products. The
commission is based on the number of new members recruited, not on
product sales.
QNET, on the other hand, has a large number of products including product
lines such as personal care products, home care, luxury and collectibles,
accessories, holiday packages, and education, which are sold worldwide. This
presence of a large range of products is one of the basic and fundamental
differences between the operations of an illegal pyramid schemes and
legitimate network marketing companies, such as QNET business and its
maintenance depend only on the marketing and sales of its products only.

If there are actual violations of policies and procedures of QNET during the
business plan presentation and the code of ethics training, serious measures
are taken against the offender including a possible dismissal from the
company. We have a special department dedicated to such events called the
Network Compliance Department (Email: ncd@qnet.net). We advise you to
contact us, and we are completely open to discuss all the details of the
complaint and identify misconduct.
In light of this, we ask you to remove the video and/or publish this open letter
to your audience so they are aware about our position and about the nature of
our company. We are not indifferent to this situation and will fully co-operate
in the investigations into unethical behaviour during the presentation of the
QNET business plan and our products.
We hope that the above mentioned facts will be considered by you in the
future, as we offer you to create a joint material, which will be fully disclosing
the details of the direct selling profession, weighed the positive and negative
aspects, and what needs to be done to avoid the negative aspects in direct
selling. For more information on QNET, please feel free to download our
