the Dangerous Drugs Board, the request for assistance of Mr. Alberto D.C.
Fabularum, with postal address at 91 Tomas Manuel Subdivision, Karuhatan,
Valenzuela City, relative to the latters request for an application through your Office
for the issuance of an order by a court of competent jurisdiction directing that his
drug-dependent son, Alvin P. Fabularum, be referred to a government-accredited
center for treatment and rehabilitation, it appearing that the matter falls within your
jurisdiction consonant with Section 54, Article VIII of Republic Act No. 9165.
