NAIZAK CLARIFICATIONS

1- We need the proposal to be comply with SOW , Base design phase

4.8.4(CONTRACTORs design team shall conduct coordination meetings at the
PROJECT SITE with COMPANY on bi-weekly (once every 2 weeks) basis until
the design is complete.
2- Please clarify what it is mean by ( Assist in design approval ) in the scope of
proposal service mention ; as per SOW Dar Engineering should be provide
also the final design approval .
3- It is mention in the offer paragraph D. Assumption .d.(We have considered
only three visits to site .etc ), We need your proposal to comply with SOW
mention in our comments point 2 above .
4- Please provide us the projection of engineering design duration in numbers
of week .

Please confirming that the offer proposal comply with SOW paragraph 4.7
Acquiring Documents & Information.

6- Please confirm that there will three(3) package submittal each 4 sets. As per
the SOW paragraph 4.9.6 (CONTRACTOR shall submit four (4) sets of the CMD
Final Design documents and CDs for review)
7- Please also let the validity of the offer remain for (60) days following the
date of submit.

Please provide us with draft of project design schedule for the engineering
and design including the miles stone event .

9- Please provide us with engineering deliverables in team of paper size A for

different disciplines ( electrical , instrument , communication , etc

).
