yougroupthestudentsintotheirgroups.
STADiscommonlyusedincombinationwithdirectinstruction,butSTADusesteamstudyinplaceofindependentpractice,whichisthefinalphaseof
directinstruction.Itisdesignedtoincreaselearnermotivationbygivingstudentsimprovementpointsandteamrewardsforincreaseintheirperformances.
