Dr. Ana M. Moreno is full professor at the Universidad
Politcnica de Madrid. Her research interests are SE
education, software usability and agile development.

Dr. Mara-Isabel Sanchez-Segura is faculty member at
Carlos III University of Madrid. Her research interests
include usability of interactive systems, SE with a focus on

SE Undergraduate Curriculum Guidelines: SE 2004


SE2004 ofrece orientacin a las instituciones acadmicas y
organismos de acreditacin de lo que debe constituir un programa de
educacin SE de grado
SE2004 recomienda un cuerpo de conocimientos bsicos o materiales
esenciales para ser enseado en los programas de grado SE

SE2004 o GSwE2009
La mayor brecha se encontr en el perfil de Consultora de Negocio de
TI
o En este sentido, es necesario pasar de la tcnica a los problemas
de negocios (Gartner, 2005), (Davey, 2008)
Faltan habilidades sociales sobre todo en GSwE2009.
o Liderazgo, negociacin o presentaciones, que son identificadas por
Lethbridge (2000) y Kitchenham (2005) como relevante desde el punto de
vista de la industria, tambin estn ausente en este ncleo

Conclusiones
Los grficos anteriores instanciados para cada individuo son una
herramienta para el staffing y el recruitment, y para la definicin de
planes de formacin en funcin de los objetivos de negocio de cada
organizacin.
La mayor brecha:
Perfil de Consultora de Negocio de TI
Niveles 4 y 5 CMMI
Faltan habilidades sociales, liderazgo para promover cambios,
effective team building y soft skills, comunicacin, negociacin,
adaptacin.
