I have learned so much from this past semester. I could not have asked for a better placement, teacher and peers as they have all been supportive
throughout the semester. I just want to continue with an open mind and not forget to keep my head up looking for more opportunities as this journey is
coming to and end. I want to make the best of anything and everything that comes my way.

Ralph has performed in a satisfactory manner in meeting his course objectives and outcomes. He is knowledgeable and possesses the ability to
problem solve and critically think through in making good nursing and professional judgement.
He has however come short of not setting high enough goals for himself. He is therefore encouraged to aim to achieve more than mediocrity. Do not
settle for less.
