Admission Requirements
Is in good standing with the last or current post-secondary institution of attendance and is eligible to return to that institution.
Has a cumulative grade point average of at least a 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale from the transferring post-secondary institution.
Evidence of academic achievement and promise with considerable facility in the use of the English language.
Complete record from an accredited secondary or preparatory school with graduation based on UNC minimum undergraduate course requirements.
Satisfactory scores on the Scholastic Assessment Test or the American College Test.
Satisfactory grade point average.

Admission Requirements (Continued)


For admittance to all undergraduate programs, all freshman applicants under the age of twenty-one (21) must satisfy the following minimum high school course requirements for admission:
4 units of English
3 units of Natural Sciences: Biological science, Physical science, Science with a laboratory
2 units of Social Sciences: United States History is required as one of the social sciences
2 units of the same Foreign Language
4 units of Math: Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, and one of the following Advanced Mathematics courses:

Pre-Calculus
Integrated Mathematics IV
AP Statistics
Essential for College Math
AP Calculus A/B
AP Calculus B/C

For North Carolina Undergraduate Students: $114/credit hour
For Out of State Undergraduate Students: $545/credit hour

For Aggie Suites E & F (ASE & ASF) (Suite-style & Co-ed), a double room costs $2,646.50 (a semester) and $5,293.00 (yearly).
For the single room, it costs $2,964.00 (a semester) and $5,928.00 (yearly). For a Aggie Terrace (2 Bedroom Apt. [Jr, Sr, Grad only])
For Barbee Hall (BAR) (Suite-style & Co-ed), A Double room costs $ 1,979.50 (A semester) and $ 3,959.00 (yearly).
For the single room, it costs $ 2,279.50 (a semester) and $4,559.00 (yearly).
For the single deluxe room, it costs $2,783.00 (a semester) and $5,566.00 (yearly).

Board:
For Meal Plan U, you can get unlimited meals a week and get $125 flex dollars. It is available to Freshmen, Upperclassmen and Off campus commuters.
For Meal Plan A, you get 19 meals per week and get $125 flex dollars. It is available for Freshmen, Upperclassmen and Off campus commuters.
