Residential Education to ensure the development and safety of students in the living learning community
Implement educational and community development strategies that meet student needs and satisfy the
departments residential curriculum
Facilitate student conduct meetings and adjudicate appropriate educational sanctions
Create large scale community building and educational events for 800 students
Manage a budget of $2,500 for programming purchases
Indirectly supervise a staff of 18 Resident Advisors and 8 Academic Assistants in collaboration with the
Complex Coordinator and 2 other Graduate Assistants

Coordinate a year-round duty schedule with 24 Resident Advisors

Serve on a rotating duty schedule as the first responder to after hours and weekend emergency situations
