Outline 3 professional goals for the next six months. Employees will outline goals they want to
achieve and how they wish to achieve their goals. Managers will outline how they will help the
employee to achieve their goal.
Example Goal: I will create relationships with potential clients in order to generate new and lasting business.
Example Manager Support: I will coach [employee name] on how to build relationships with potential clients and
help this employee to further develop their communication skills.
Example on-the-job-behavior: Increase networking on social media sites and attend events. Both will increase my
chances of meeting and interacting with potential clients.
