This source would help if I decide to write about either the 1890 massacre at Wounded Knee or
the 1973 siege and occupation of Wounded Knee organized by members of the American Indian
Movement. Information about these events would definitely contribute to the project because
Zits and Justice at the beginning of Alexies book mentioned Ghost Dancers which, according to
this source, were related to Wounded Knee. It also offers a bit of information about AIM which I
could continue the depiction as IRON.

This source may help if I decide to write about the event in Whiteclay, Nebraska on June 17,
2013, during a protest where President Brewer of the Oglala Lakota Nation was arrested.
Because the source is a news story that provides a summary of the event, I may be able to use the
setting for Zits time travel. The protestors stand against alcoholism and the events ongoing
threat of violence to ensue may contribute to the books themes.
