Taping - Bunions
Clean and dry your feet thoroughly to get all sweat and or
moisturizing crme off your feet.

Place one piece of soft white tape around the ball of the
foot.

Cut a piece of white tape in half. Place the end


of the tape under the head of the first
metatarsal and pull the tape up and over the
knuckle, de-rotating the first metatarsal and
then wrap the tape securely around the big toe.

Repeat this with the stronger brown tape.

Use a small piece of brown tape to stabilize the outside of


the big toe joint, pulling from the tip of the toe down to
below the joint.

Finish off with a soft white tape around the ball of the foot
to keep the ends in place.
