Explain:
The teacher used power point presentation while giving lecture and asked some questions to

Explain:
Students listened the lecture. They did their worksheets and performed activities by working as

Explain:
The teacher stated expectations for behavior during the class. When it was necessary he
redirected inappropriate behavior. There were a few self disciplined students. For activities
materials were ready. Sometimes the teacher encouraged students. He used his time effectively
and he was eager to teach.

OVERALL COMMENTS AND REFLECTIONS:

This was an 8th grade math class. There were 22 students. There were diverse students
in the classroom and they sat by grouping. A few of them were self motivated and self
disciplined. They asked some questions about the topic. Some of them tried to pay attention but
they didn't seem eager to learn. Some of them were hardly managed.
The teacher displayed strong classroom management skills. Generally he walked
around the classroom among students. When they were performing their tasks, he always
helped them and answered their questions.

Overall, the class was great. He explained topic clearly. The teacher tried to
communicate with all students one by one and engaged in the activities. Students were
respectful and followed the directions. They completed their assignments. The teacher was
getting pleasure from teaching.
