INFORMATION

The Provincial Prosecutor of Iloilo, by the undersigned, accuses MANYAK

K. AGID, a resident of Barangay Kamangay, Municipality of Dumangas,
Province of Iloilo, for Rape by Carnal Knowledge under Article 266-A in relation
to Article 266-B of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Act 8353,
committed as follows:

That on or about February

Honorable Court, accused, with lust and lewd design,
willfully,

unlawfully,

feloniously
