Those who drink and drive in Utah risk being charged with two crimes: driving
while under the influence and driving while over the limitmeaning with a
BAC of over 0.08%

if you are found to have a BAC of 0.04% or over, you will be required to take
an impairment test such as demonstrating you can walk in a straight line. If
failed, could result in either a DUI or DWI
