Course Volleyball

1. What concepts and practices did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking
this course? Be specific.
Some practices and concepts I learned about lifelong wellness is that its very
important to keep at the activity youre in to be able to do well consistently. Its a
commitment like any other. It really keeps a persons mind active though to
separate all the mental work with physical release such as volleyball.
2. Discuss specifically the ways in which learning about and applying lifelong
wellness concepts from this course has impacted/improved your life (home,
school, work, etc.)?
This has improved my life in general because it has kept me more active and
able to commit to a sport just like I did in high school. After being away from high
school, it is more difficult to find sport recreation to keep my body active other
than going to the gym or running. Its helped me learn how much I love being a
part of a team and playing sports.
3. Explain how you will continue to implement and apply the concepts discussed in
your previous response to your life, long after this course.
I plan on joining a leisure team to keep active. The concept of commitment,
especially for an activity that is a hobby, is one I will apply to my lifelong wellness.
Along with team play and that even those who dont understand the sport as well
need to participate.
