Non transferable Tender documents with detailed specifications, terms and conditions for
supply of above item may be collected on request by remitting non refundable Tender fee of Rs.100/in favour of The Director, DEBEL, Bangalore 93, in the form of Demand Draft.
Date of Issue of Tenders : From the date of Publication to 23/05/2016.
Due date for submission of filled Tender Documents: 24/05/2016 at 1200hrs.
Date of Opening of Tenders: 24/05/2016 at 1500hrs.
Detailed specifications and Tender documents can be downloaded from website
(WWW.DRDO.org) which can be duly filled and forwarded to Lab before the due date mentioned above
along with Tender fee.
E.M.D. for 2% of the quoted value (maximum value of Rs. 48,000/-) in the form of Demand
Draft in favour of The Director, D.E.B.E.L, Bangalore 93, or proof of registration should be enclosed
along with the Commercial Bid. Details of the Demand Draft should be specified in Technical bid, failing
which the quote will be rejected.
Tender Fee/EMD is not applicable for vendors registered with any DRDO Lab/DGS&D/any
other Govt. Dept. Such vendors must enclose a copy of the valid registration certificate along with their
quotations.
Indian firms should quote only in Indian currency. Foreign firms are advised to quote in their
respective currency.
The Director DEBEL reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations without assigning any
reason. Director DEBEL will not be responsible for any postal delay.
