On the cue, GO, teams will try to knock down all their target pins before the rest of the teams. First team to knock down all of their pins
wins.
Participants will throw javelin once, retrieve, then the next teammate will go until all the pins have been knocked over or another team has
knocked their pins over. Continue to rotate through team members.
Same rules apply as before in accordance to javelin safety
When a team has knocked over all their pins, they must raise hands in the air and yell WHOOSH to signal to the instructors and other
teams that they have finished

We will do a few rounds with dominant hands, then transition to only non-dominant hand throwing. Be strategic about your relay line up
and form of throw
