The three quotes presented have their own unique meanings; however, I understand the
quote stated by Wilson Mizner the most, If you steal from one author its plagiarism; if you steal
from many its research. Plagiarism is copying the work from another individual, but Mizner
states that it is okay to utilize the work of many individuals because it provides the voice of more
than one person. In projects this allow the researcher to discover various types of sources and use
the different aspects that they include. Many sources restate the same information, but a different
media can include more perspectives. Within our group project we plan to use the various views
of the people involved to determine the effects of Cannon Mills on the community of Kannapolis
and the surrounding area.
