Assessment of Objectives
The literature circle roles worksheet will be collected.
Stormboard will be accessed as an exit ticket. Students will
answer why Christianity was so important to the Roman people.
VI. Procedures:
Introduction:
We will review the map from day 1.
Teaching/Activities:
1. We will read pgs. 14-26 in the text.
2. Students will be assigned literature circle roles. Students will
work together to fill out the role worksheet to be turned in.
Closure:
We will have a discussion on the essential questions and
wrap up what we learned for the day.
Stormboard will be accessed for an exit ticket. Students will
be responding to the following question: Why do you think
Christianity was so important to the Roman people?
