TEACHERS ACTIVITIES

STUDENTS ACTIVITIES

Gives the maps and worksheets to

students.
Explain instructions that students are to
calculate the population densities of each
district. They are then to create a
choropleth map using their tools and the
rubric provided.

Interpretation, calculating,
recording and creating- students
are required to calculate the
population densities of districts.
They will create a choropleth map
using.

Discuss students answer from the

performance based activity and ask
questions.

Analyzing and Discussingstudents will discuss the patterns

they observe and account for
population distribution and
densities of the country.
