Strengths As Expected
My strengths are not news to me. I have utilized all of them throughout various high
school, work, and social endeavors. Confidence, one of the most desirable traits, is my number
one strength. The rest of the strengths that follow it are the results from confidence. My magical
weapons were discovered from interactions with my parents and other influences in my life. I
will continue to use my strengths in life to create future successes.
Each of my strengths are the results from another strength I possess. I have my
confidence to thank for my most useful assets. Without confidence, I would not possess the
forewoman, visionary, initiator, or recognition strength. Being a forewoman allows me to express
my visions and transform thoughts into motions. My visions would not become a reality without
my commitment. I would not be able to transform thoughts into motions without my strength of
prioritizing. Finally, without possessing group relations, I would never appreciate recognition.
Most of my strengths were influenced by the environment I was raised in. Both my
mother and my father gush with confidence, vision, and excellence. My top strengths do not
surprise me. I knew I was responsible, a leader, and a prioritizer. What surprises is me is what
strengths I did not possess when I thought I did. The student strength was one that I scored the
lowest on. It is surprising because I have loved to expand my education and obtain more
knowledge. Maybe it is because I do not like authority and being told what is and what is not
acceptable. I get that from my father.

Without these advantages, I would have never been able to accomplish as much as I have
in my life. I have my high school success to prove how I have utilized my strengths. Continuing
through my life, I plan to use the strengths I have learned from my mother and father.
