Startbythinkinghappythoughtsfor10to15minutesaday,Ricardsays.Typicallywhenweexperiencefeelingsof
happinessandlove,it'sfleetingandthensomethingelsehappens,andwemoveontothenextthought.Instead,
concentrateonnotlettingyourmindgetdistracted,andkeepfocusedonthepositiveemotionsforthenext
stretchoftime.
Andifyoudothattrainingeveryday,evenjusttwoweekslateryoucanfeelpositivementalresults.Andifyou
practicethatfor50yearslikeRicardhas,youcanbecomeahappinessprotoo.That'sbackedupby
neuroscientists,bytheway.Davidsonfoundinhisstudythateven20minutesofdailymeditationcanmake
