definitelydothinkthatKatyashouldseekprofessionalhelpbecauseanxietyhasvery
differenteffectsinthebodybothmentallyandphysically.Forexample,severeanxiety
cancausedepression.Personally,formeitwasreallyhardtoseekprofessionalhelp
becauseIamnotusedtotellingpeoplewhatIamgoingthroughandneitheramIused
toseekinganytypeofprofessionalhelp.Istronglyfeelthatitdependsonwhoyouhang
outwiththatspeaksfortheactionsonetakes.Forexample,therewasapointinwhereI
wasnothangingoutwiththecorrectgroupofpeopleandthatservednogoodtomy
overallbeing.Forexample,Ididnotfeelheardortakenintoconsiderationinregardsto
myfeelingsandemotions.After,Ibegangettingacloserrelationshiptootherpeople
(older)Ibegantogetalotofadviceandsupport.Ifoundalotofsupportinolderpeople
ratherthaninmyownfriendswhoIwasusedtogoingoutwithandhavingfunwith.
LookingatitfromahealthperspectiveI
highlythinkthatitisveryimportanttobe
abletohavesomeoneyoucanalwaystrust.Someonewhosupportsyouandiswilling
tobewithyouintheprocessoflearninghowtogainselfhappinessandselflove.I
stronglyfeelthatanxietycomesfromvariousfactorsthatarecausingstress.WhenI
wasgoingthroughdepressionandanxietysomeofthecommonthingsthatInoticed
wasthatIwasnotabletosleepatallatnight.Iwouldsleepat35amandifIwasable
togetsomesleepIwouldwakeupconstantlyaround34amsweatingandscaredforno
realreason.Iwasverynegativeatthattimeofmylife.NeverdidIthinkofharming
myselfbut,unfortunatelysomepeopledonotthinkthatsameway.IrememberIwould
getreallyshaky,lossofappetiteandlostinterestinalotofthingsthatonceIfeltmade

mehappy.MygradesalsosufferjustlikeKatyasandthatiswhyIwouldtotallyseek
professionalhelpifIwasher.
