RECONSTITUTING THE MEMBERSHIPOF THE APPRA.ISAL COMM,ITTEESCREATED

UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDERNO. 132 DATED DECEMBER27, 1937, AS
AMENDED, AND EXECUTIVE ORDERNO. 329 DATED JULY 11, 1988, AS
AMENDED

WHEREAS,the Commission on Audit has requested that auditors

be excluded from the composition of the Appraisal Committees provided
under Executive Order No. 132, S. of 1937,as amended, and Executive
Order No. 329, S. of 1988, as amended, to maintain the independence
of the Commission in reviewing the decisions made by the Committees
in the course of audit;

NOW,THf;:REFORE,
I, CORAZON
C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines,
by virtue of the powers vested in me bylaw, do hereby reconstitU\ e
the membership of the Appraisal Committees created under Executiv~
Order No. 132 dated December 27-,1937, as amended, and Executive
rder
No. 329 dated July 11, 1988, as amended, by replacing the Provincial,
City and Municipal Auditors in the Appraisal Committees with the Provincial,
City and Municipal Treasurers.
Executive Order No. 132, S. of 1937, as amended, and Executive
Order No. 329, S. of 1988, as amended, are hereby further amendea
accordingly.
