Chapter -1 / Student centered


Description:

Student-centered learning students are provided choices of how, and what


they learn, and the teacher asks the needs that students wants. In learningcentered teacher will be flexible with students, so she can give them
occasion to pick up the materials and create the ways to illustrate the
information. On another hand, the student-centered learning aims to develop
learner autonomy in two ways, and they are social and thinking. The
students will learn to take responsibility, and will learn to work cooperatively
with others which are good for them to exchange their ideas and information.
Example:
For example from my last TP I observed a teacher she gives students an
experience to do which is mixing colors. And define the color will come up
from the mixing and writhed on paper, then they choose the colors that will
be in the experiment, after that she puts them in the group and gives them
the materials that they will need it. While students begin with experiment,
the teacher sits in her chair and be engage in other work and students they
were working as a group but without organization. They were doing
something ales because they see that teacher is not monitoring them or
reveal in their work, while she became free for students she saw their works,
and become surprised. In my opinion, its not students fouls because she
have to surround them and know what they are doing and give them
comments so they will fill the teacher is valuing theme work, and then they
will try to work hard and wrong way.
Reflect
In future, I will never do what MST does, because insanity they will not learn
how to create student-centered learning because in my point of view
student-centered learning will inspire from both sides. For example, when I
give my students something to do first I will late them to diced how they
want to work, and I will ask from them the plane sheet as my MCT doing with
as and then I will late them to start, and I will be monitoring them.

Chapter 2 / learning Styles


Description:
Learning styles are different techniques that a person can learn or how to
learn or earn the information. As we know that each have a method for
gating the information, and he fell that its easy way for him to get it quickly
in his mind. And there are eight strategies that person can learn from them,
and makes his learning and study life more fun and more educational and
easier, they could do it( Multiple Intelligent ), and they are Musical and Body
smart and Interpersonal, Nature smart, logic smart, word smart, Visualspatial, Interpersonal ( Self Smart ).
Example:
So as I mention that learning style is approaches that helps the person to
learn or earn the information in several ways. So during my TP for this
Semester, I observed me MST miss Jana before she starts her class time or
lesson she asks her students how you people want to learn today. And then
students reply her In deferent answers but she choose a style which is more
required from the students, and in the last she picks up a Musical and visual
style in her lesson, and her lesson was about resources of water. So she
starts her lesson with putting for them a sound of the water, and they have
to guess what sound is for, and after that she demonstrate her lesson with
pictures, and she ends her lesson with a video. Moreover, I observed
students that they are feeling excited and fully engaged in watching the
video, So in my point of view thus learning styles not only technic for
helping students for getting the information, but its also a way to involve
the students in the lesson.
Reflect:
In the future I will do similar what my MST did, and will try finding some more
new ways; also I will set unlike learning styles in my lesson, so the students
will not get difficulty in understanding. I will try to avoid me and lesson to be
traditional and them to be modern in the teaching way so they will be exited
and will not feel board.

Chapter 3 / Encourage positive behavior


Description:

Encourage positive behavior is the attitude that teacher and students were
doing, and it comes naturally from both sides. This strategy is important
because it is establishing the community in the class and relationships and
an enthusiasm atmosphere, so if the student gets this thing he will feel that
he is in the right place. This strategy includes four categories and they are,
Teacher action for example smiling and hugging when they comes in the
morning, Emotional, for illustration appreciating their work and Student
Responsibilities for example students will help each other in solving the
problem and think about the behavior that they have to do, and the benefits
are that the student will be excited to come to the school and will be a trust
between both sides.
Example:
During my TP for this semester, I observe my MST that she is using
encourage positive behavior with students, for example, every day she is
standing outside the door and welcoming students by smiling and giving the
hugs and asking them about them self, so the students feel that they are
important for her. And when any student did a bad behavior she asks from
him to think about it and how he will change it to a positive way and
discussing with students. Also, she always saying positive words for example
when they have to do a task alone, so she look on them work and saying
excellent, you get it, good because she believes that this small word can
change their behavior.
Reflect:
In the future I will like to be as my MST encouraging students to positive
behavior, by being with them and make them feel that they are safe with me
and with the place, by saying positive words and acting positively, for
example hugging them and smiling when they do something good, so this

will make them feel that I am proud of them. Also, I will choose a time to sets
with them and have desiccation about soutane behavior.

Chapter 4 / lesson plan


Description:
The lesson plan for teachers is what they will teach and how they will take
each part of the lesson. The lesson plan is important for teachers because
it's will help them to manage the time and make her ready to teach and
more prepared. Moreover in the lesson plan teacher have to include 5ES
which they are Engage Explore Explain- Elaborate Evaluate. Also,
teacher have to make some parts of the lesson students centered, because
this will make her lesson goes flexible and in organizing way. The main part
of the lesson plan is she have to mention the objectives which are students
will and teacher will. So she will divide the work .teachers can using the
Blooms Taxonomy triangle for them plans, so this will make her lesson target
clearer.
Example:
During my observation to my MST, she Avery day creates a lesson plan, and
she fowled it, and she is coming to the class well prepared, and she knows in
each part what she have to do. Moreover, what I saw is that in her lesson
plan she is mentioning 5ES, and each part have a time, so she is also
motioning the time. Also, she is putting a plan (B) which is mean if
something happened she can switch to plan (B). And sometimes teacher Jana
comes into the class and writes the keywords from the lesson plan, so she
will not forget what will be the next part.
Reflect:
What I recognize that planning for teachers is a most important thing. And
as I will be a future teacher I will make my lesson plan in two ways, first will

be student-centered because this will save my time and will give students an
occasion to express their ideas. And another one with learning styles,
because some student have a way of getting the information, so to make for
them easy to get the information I will have to do some lesson plans that
have some other ways of learning. And also I will create in each plan a table
which will be declared what will be on me and what will be on the students,
and I will make it an as a routine for them.

Chapter 5 / Role & Duties


Description:
All teachers in the world have roles and duties. So in a simple way to the
roles is something if the teacher wants to do, and its beliefs also it comes
naturally .but the duties is she have to do it, and she is getting funds for it
for example creating activates and lesson plans, explain for them the tasks.
But the successful teacher tries doing the roles with duties and to be a good
example for her students in over their life, for instance being kind and helper
and respectful and to be organized in her work. If the teacher does only what
she has to do, so the students will not feel connectable with her.
Example:
My previous semester MST she was good teacher, but what I notice is that
she was doing what she have to do , for illustration she only use one
learning style and she take it as a routine , and some student start to sleep
during the class because they feel board and after that I ask one of the
students why he is sleeping during the class, he side that he did not
understand, and the teacher did not ask them if they get it or not . And
sometimes she ignores students talk, so what I feel that there is not a good
communication skill between them which is the vital skill that must be
between teacher and student.
Reflect:

In the end in my opinion behind a successful student a successful teacher, so


my MST duty was only teaching and gives them information. And as I will be
a teacher I will be careful that I give them more than what they accept from
me and be a good model. I will try to build a communication skill between us.
And I will give them a chance to choose in which way the want to get the
information way so that it will be my role. Besides I will try to manage my
class time and asking students, if they understand or not for sure, this will be
my duty.

Chapter 6/ Routine and Transition


Description:
Each class has routine and transition, and they are important for both side
for teachers and students, and this what make the time and class go in
organize way and flexible.
The routine is what the students they have to every day, and they know
when they have to do and why also they will know how to manage the day,
and with the time, it will become students centered its take a time to make
them use to for it. Also, you may be able to ask them how they want the
routine to be.
The transition is movement in the class, how the teachers take the student
from activity to other, and transition and routine have three categories, and
they are how they look crowded or organize, how they feel did they feel safe
and happy, and the sound of it for example quite or annoyance.
Example:
Example for transition is that when I was observing KG2 students last
semester, I notice that when students were moving from circle time to

activity area they were running and pushing each other and some students
get hurt and my previous MST she did not take any action and when they
don form the area they start to posing the chars vary badly, so form this I
recognize that she did not setup transition.

Reflect:
* As I will be a future teacher, i will teach them how to move so I will model
for them, also I will teach them how to be organized .Because this small
things will establish a good class and good behavior, on beside this two
important things will make students future life batter and will influence on it,
because they will learn that they have to look organized and they have to be
safe. In the end routine and transition is also effect on the teacher so she will
save her class time and she will feel relax with her class and her students.

Reflect:
From this course, I learned how to be a successful teacher and how to
manage the classroom.
And I found out from the topics that I wrote about them, who to transform
the traditional class to student center class, the student center has a
significant role in student life, because it makes them feel more responsible
and excited for the class time. In this course I learned how to create a lesson
plan and write the objectives and its vital for the teacher, so she can know
how to begin with the lesson and this will manage her time and will help her
to reach the target. Top on that I learned that there are learning styles, and
teachers have to involve them in her lesson because there are deferent
types of learners. As well the routine and transition are significant for
students and educators because this strategy will make the class flexible and
organize. On other hand I recognize that building the positive relationships
with the students is one of the mean things, because this will improve
student communication skills and excited for attending the school. In

addition, I learned teacher have role and duties but she does not have to do
her roles since it comes naturally but the duty she have to do it.
