Context of the lesson

This is the third lesson in the sound unit. It talk about the level of sound and how we can measure it.
Teaching goal
The overall aim of the lesson is to teach about the definition of the sound travel and learn how to put the
sounds in order according to their level. In addition, the Sound level meter and how it work.

Learning objective:

The students will be able to identify everyday sound based on a chart.


The students will get an idea about the Sound Level Meter after watching a brief
explanation video.

Assumptions about prior learning


Student already know that some voice higher than other sounds.
Anticipated problems and possible solutions

Noisy students: teacher use the attentions and the bell.
