1. In groups of four,
the ball starts on

3. Group members
must realign and
ball carrier must
run ahead to pass
down the line
4. Continue to pass
down the line to
the final runner
who sprints forward
and everyone else
in the line realigns
5. Continue drill from
ending position
back to starting

the opposite
direction
