deter the most enthusiasts of learners.
also of course, language skill is required. Since most of the keyboard in the wo
rld are in english, you'd do good to start with
english typing training.
This skill is like walking, talking in the sense that once mastered these skills
remain with you forever.
Of course, constant practice can help you hone your skills more.
