My Italian Love Story
Since Ive traveled all over the world, people ask me,
Cindy, how did you end up in Italy?
Its a story of an Italian romance, tragic goodbyes, and
how I married the love of my life.
After high school, I decided to take a break before
college to travel to Florence, Italy. It seemed like such a
romantic, fashionable continent and I was sure
everyone would speak English. It turned out the
Italians didnt speak a word of English, but they did use
a lot of hand gestures. Every time someone said,
Ciao, I wasnt sure if they were saying hello or
goodbye. And I learned that no one eats spaghetti and
meatballs!

professional skills, also enhancing histechnical
knowledge through the participation in hotel openings,
working in collaboration with leading chefs and facing
the high demands and very high expectations of
exclusive and international customers.
The various events organized and managed in the most
prestigious hotels have allowed him to develop a global
vision of events in the luxury industry.
Born in Morocco, Brice speaks fluent Arabic in addition
to French, Spanish and English, a multilingual ability
which alloxs him to combine a thorough knowledge of

the land to a rigorous work method acquired through


many years of experience in Switzerland, Great Britain,
France and the United States.
It is this combination of expertise which gave birth to
