Transition 1:

LESSON FOCUS/SKILL
BUILDING ACTIVITY;
30 mins

There will be two teams to start off


with. There will be rabbits and
wolves.
Wolves will be wearing jerseys and
they will be standing inside the
hula hoops (den).
Rabbits will be wearing flags
around their waist. Rabbits will
form one/two line(s) and will
follow a captain rabbit. Captain
rabbit will safely lead his brood
around the wolf dens until a signal
is called.

Transition 2:

No flag
guarding

Run-Rabbit-Run will be yelled


and rabbits will scatter and run
home.
Cones are safe zones and once in
the safe zone they cannot leave and
flags cannot be pulled.
When cue is yelled rabbits scatter
and wolves leave their dens and
come out to eat pull flags. If a
rabbit gets his/her flag pulled they
will walk over to the bin put the
flag down and exchange it for a
jersey. The rabbit then becomes a
wolf.
Game will continue until there are
more wolves than rabbits then it
will start over again.
