I have personally experienced the positive impact an effective teacher or mentor can
have on a persons life, it is therefore my aim to emulate my passion for education to my
future students. It is my duty as an educator to provide a caring, supportive and safe
environment that appreciates diversity and fosters student individuality, learning and
